Suk Hee has grown vegetables for over ten years, and I have grown up eating them. Last summer, I visited her city farms for the first time in Seoul. She participated in two urban farms, and there were more kinds of vegetables growing than expected. Suk Hee often said that Chinese cabbages are growing very pretty like me, and I did not know the meaning until I was there. Looking at the farms carefully cultivated, I came to the fundamental questions of what it is to grow and how to grow.
