The essay is an uncertain genre. It is derived from the Latin "exagium" attempt. The French verb "essayer" goes in the direction of "try for the first time", dare to do something, while the English "searching" means to seek and examine. In Italian, the verb “saggiare” in the substantiated form “saggio” has the double meaning of “trial” or “attempt”, but also means “the wise”, as an adjective “wise”. "The wisdom of the essay arises from experience, the self-experienced is processed in a direct, unencrypted way - one of the reasons why very few authors can resist this form."
