"Hoods" There is a designated area to stand on to be found on the afterdeck. A hood made out of gray cardboard is positioned at head height above the designated area. This hood, with its pyramid-like form, is connected to a cardboard pipe. The pipe enters the inside of the ship. Curved aluminium connecting pieces support the pipes. It takes a course along the deck, along the cabins and across the caboose downwards. There the machinery is traversed. The pipe enters the bridge across the dining hall. On the foredeck the pipe ends with a hood which opens downwards above a designated area. |
