Description
"Hoffmann" is a play based on the script "Hoffmanniana" of Andrej Tarkowskij about the life of the writer E. T. A. Hoffmann, performed by two professional dancers. The stage is purely graphical: a floor projection on the stage floor and a wall projection behind the dancers.
Technology
Graphics output by the elsewhere mentioned distributed OpenSG scene graph system. Parts of the graphics are animated in real time by a marker based body tracking system. Graphical application (C++) control and static sound output is done by a SuperCollider based control.
