A pedestrian subway: a camera follows six people through an underground. The image freezes after a few steps have been taken, but one person continues to move towards the exit. One by one each of the six persons stories and respective occupations are revealed. The camera follows them through their individual surroundings taking step-like images, frame by frame. The accompanied people are a swimmer, a street musician, a cook, a painter, an actress, and a lover. Each sequence ends when the person disappears while performing their daily activity, and the resulting visual decomposition describes an imaginary realm.
