Skip all REST specific information and extract the full XML payload (error message respectively). Returns: The XML payload as sent by flickr (or an error message in XML format). Implements wxFlickrHandler.

bool wxFlickrHandlerREST::GotFullResponse (   )  [protected, virtual]

Check if a full XML REST statement has arrived. Returns: TRUE if a full statement is there. Implements wxFlickrHandler.
