"The idea is simple. We will make a brainstorming and discussion in Sao Paulo about reduction, form and lines and some absurd possibilities of them. I will show some works of students including the "absurd" cut outs of Christoph Haag. Over there we will work with paper, pencil, scissors, analog photography etc. scanned/recorded and passed to you. You will process them in Cologne and will send us again. We will process them again in the next day..." The workshop proposed by Marcia Vaitsman with the assistance of Mariana Rillo (designer of Feito a Mouse / Sao Paulo) and the production made by Angela Santos (Paco das Artes) was set in partnership with docents: Zil Lilas, Pascal Glissman, students and designers of KHM:Carsten Goertz and Christoph Haag; musician and former student of KHM: Gerriet Sharma; and the net artist Miga from Berlin. In Sao Paulo, these were the participants of the workshop: Pedro Friedman (artist and former student of PUC), Andre Figueiredo (artist and former student of PUC), Renata Pedrosa (artist and former student of PUC), Mariana Alves (student), Adriano Casanova (artist and former student of PUC), Rejane Cantoni (artist and professor of PUC), Maria Teresa Santoro (curator and professor of PUC), Rachel Rosalen (artist), Enrique Bernacchini (artist from Buenos Aires), Caetano Dias (artist and professor in Salvador, Bahia), Tarsila Yuki (student of PUC), Ana Claudia Pinheiro (researcher), Natalia Coutinho (student), Mauricio Ferreira (student), Daniela Gonçalves (student), Eide Feldon (artist and curator) and Nacho Duran (designer and VJ of Feito a Mouse).

Thank you all for the support! And especially during the technical desperation (when nothing worked out) to Miga, Mariana Rillo, Nacho Duran, Raquel Rosalen and Enrique Bernacchini.
