Universal Flickr Image Search!

is bringing you similar images (ALPHA).

UFIS! is a greasemonkey script for firefox that marks all JPG images you come across with .
By clicking images similar to the marked image will be searched and retrieved from flickr. Results are displayed in your current browser window.
Two forms of “similarity” are considered:

Alt-texts and a page's title are used to query flickr tags via the flickr API.
Algorithmic similarity between images is queried using retrievr.
Algorithmic silmilarity also is queried using the GIFT CBIR system.
Currently a small test sample of flickr images is used. It is queried using a minimal GIFT HTTP API.

Download and install UFIS!
After instalation turn UFIS! on/off by clicking Extras/User Script Commands/Toggle UFIS! in your firefox menu.
