Description of the recording place
Tashkent is the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it has 3,o Mio inhabitants and was one of the biggest towns of the former Soviet Union. In 1966 destroyed by a big earthquake and rebuilt by the Soviets, exact dates unknown up to now. Tashkent is one of the oldest cities of the world


Description of the location
Place in front of the circus of Tashkent (the main entrance lies behind the camera) with a view to a fountain. In the background lies the "Palace of the Friendship of Nations" (Drushba). This is used for conferences and events


What is special to the choosen location
It was very difficult to find a place, which lies exactly into the South direction and shows interesting events (a lot of people, traffic and houses). And this is a central point of the city.
